Guaranteed: If
a professional's rights having to do with the job
are illegally violated, the policy provides legal
assistance. PET's employment rights insurance
reimburses up to $10,000 in defense costs. If the
violation is not proven, up to $1,000 in attorney's
defense fees will be provided. |
If you are sued by someone
you supervise: 90% of defense cost is covered up to
$5,000 less $100 deductible. Up to $250 for
initial consultation and up to $750 of legal fees
less $100 deductible. Up to $4,000 less $100
deductible to sue some one if the results are
favorable. If you do not win the limit is the
initial $750. |
